By registering with Knights RFC, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that the club is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during training, matches, or events unless caused by proven negligence.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
